About Helen McGinn
Food Intolerance & York Allergy Testing

I’m Helen McGinn, and for over 20 years I have been helping people across Northern Ireland understand and manage their food sensitivities and intolerances through professional bioresonance testing, YorkTest IgG intolerance and IgE allergy testing.

My mission is to support better health and wellbeing by helping you discover how the foods you eat may be affecting your body.

My career in food intolerance testing began in 2003 when I qualified as an EAV Practitioner with the International Society of Homotoxicology. Since then, I have worked with many clients struggling with unexplained symptoms such as bloating, fatigue, headaches, skin irritation, IBS, IBD, or digestive discomfort, often without clear answers from conventional medical testing.

It quickly became clear that diet plays a vital role in how we feel, yet many people are unable to access food intolerance testing through the NHS. Bioresonance testing provides a safe and non-invasive way to fill that gap, giving people clearer insights and better ways to manage their food-related health concerns.

Over the years, I have seen how personalised food intolerance testing has helped clients regain balance, improve energy, and enjoy a better quality of life.

While bioresonance testing is suitable for most people, it is not appropriate during pregnancy, for anyone with implanted medical devices such as pacemakers, or for children under the age of three.

A Personal Approach to Better Health

I believe that no two clients are the same. Every consultation is tailored to your individual needs,
helping you make practical, informed choices about your diet and wellbeing.

If you are ready to discover how your diet may be impacting your health, I offer professional
food intolerance and allergy testing in person across Northern Ireland to help you feel your best.
I also offer a UK wide service using York testing and online consultations.

Understanding Bioresonance Testing

Bioresonance testing works by detecting energetic imbalances in the body, these imbalances
may contribute to the development of food intolerances or sensitivities. For example, if your
small intestine becomes imbalanced..how we process foods and absorb nutrients can change.

By measuring these responses, bioresonance testing helps identify foods that may be
contributing to problematic symptoms. Once identified, I provide nutritional guidance and
lifestyle support to help restore balance to the body naturally. When the body is more balanced,
the body may respond more comfortably to foods and everyday triggers.

This holistic approach allows clients to pinpoint possible food triggers and take proactive steps
toward better digestive health and vitality.

Please note that Bioresonance testing is not suitable for children aged under 4, during
pregnancy, epilepsy or anyone with a medical device such as a pacemaker.

YorkTest Food Intolerance and Allergy Testing

To offer more options, I have partnered with YorkTest, a leading UK provider of laboratory-based
blood testing for food intolerance and allergy testing kits. This partnership allows me to provide
clients anywhere in the UK with a broader range of testing choices, including IgE allergy testing kits and IgG intolerance testing kits, and for those who may not be suitable for bioresonancetesting.

These tests provide professional and accurate results, helping you understand how specific
foods or allergens may be affecting your body.

Please note that these kits are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for children
under the age of four.
