"It's not you are what you eat, it is you are what you absorb, and that's where the problem, but also the solution lies."

"I was recommended by my cousin to pay Helen a visit after complaining of bloating for over 6 weeks and upper back pain which the doctor could not pinpoint to anything other than stress or bad posture. But I was certain that there was something more to it and so decided to make an appointment with Helen. It turns out my body had an intolerance to gluten causing poor absorption and meaning I was losing out on absorbing all the good nutrients. I have since adopted a gluten free lifestyle and now 4 months later without gluten I have no bloating, my energy levels are at a new high and I have discovered some very creative alternative recipes."

"I found our time with Helen genuinely transformative for my family's health and well-being. I had experienced abdominal discomfort for many years and had explored many different diets to deal with this. Helen's simple yet detailed testing narrowed my issues to severe intolerance of gluten which meant I could eat accordingly with confidence and without fear. My daughters all also had various issues and Helen's testing reduced the focus to dairy, citric acid and gluten respectively meaning all are now easy to cater for. After 'diagnosis' it is completely up to you and your commitment, but if you're like me this won't be an issue."

“I didn't really have any worry digestion signs or symptoms, but I was feeling so tired and had no energy. I had heard of Helen McGinn through a family friend and decided to give it a go. I was so impressed by her service and although nothing serious cropped up, we did identify that I was lacking some serious nutrients and fibre. I have since increased my fibre, fruit and vegetable intake. I have also cut down on alcohol consumption and the likes of fizzy drinks or any naughty treats.
My visit to Helen reinforced that what we eat really does have an impact on your body and mind. I have since adopted a much healthier lifestyle for myself and my family. We still enjoy the odd treat but we are definitely noticing the benefits.
